Zeal Adventures runs this website. This page walks you through what happens to your details when you visit, write to us, or leave a comment. We wrote it in plain words on purpose. Skim through it whenever you like.
What We Collect From You
A few parts of this site ask for your details. Our contact form asks for your name, email, and phone number. It also asks for whatever message you type in. Our newsletter signup only needs your email. Our blog comment box asks for a name and email. It may also ask for a website link, if you choose to add one. Our WhatsApp chat button opens a direct chat with our team. You share only what you type there.
We never ask for card details, bank passwords, or anything like that through this site.
Why We Ask for These Details
Your contact form entry lets us write back to you about tours and other questions. A newsletter signup means you want travel updates in your inbox. Comments help other readers plan their own trip. We keep the linked email for our own use, not for public display. WhatsApp messages help our team answer you fast, the same way any regular chat would.
Cookies and Google Analytics
Our website runs Google Analytics in the background. This tool drops small cookie files on your browser. It tracks things like which pages you open, how long you stay, and roughly where you are visiting from. None of this tells us your name or your exact identity. It simply helps us see which pages work well and which ones need more effort. You can turn off cookies through your own browser settings. You can also install a browser add-on that blocks Google Analytics, if you would rather not be tracked this way.
Maps, Videos, and Social Content
Certain pages carry a Google Map, a YouTube video, or a post pulled in from social media. Each of these loads its own tracking script the moment the page opens. Each one runs under rules set by its own company, not by us. Google, YouTube, and any social platform we embed may gather browsing data on their own terms, apart from this page.
Keeping Your Details Safe
We store form entries and comment data on our website’s hosting system. Our host gives us standard security tools to guard this data. No online system is fully unbreakable. Still, we take fair steps to keep out unwanted access. We do not sell or rent your details to outside marketers.
How Long We Hold On to Your Data
Comment details tend to stay on the site as long as the comment stays visible. Contact form messages and newsletter emails stay in our records for as long as we might fairly need them. If you ask us to delete them sooner, we will.
Your Choices
You are welcome to ask us what details we hold about you. You can also ask for a fix, or ask us to erase your information from our records. Send us a message through the contact page to make this kind of request. We will act on it within a fair time.
A Note on Children
This site is not built for children. We do not knowingly gather details from anyone below the age of eighteen. If you believe a minor has shared information with us, please let us know. We will remove it.
Other Websites We Link To
A link on our page can carry you to a government portal, a travel partner, or some other outside site. Once you land there, that site’s own privacy rules take over. Ours no longer apply.
Updates to This Policy
Every so often, we may revise this page to match new tools we adopt or new rules we must follow. Check the date below to see when we last touched this page.
